frost
Cold moonlit nights, bright days with barely warming sunshine. The frost is growing fur!
I have posted numerous similar photos of frost (fractals, flowers, ferns, and maybe even fur) over the years. This has become extremely evident to me as I laboriously go over each post (over 1800!) fixing missing line breaks and inbound links that were damaged in this blog’s recent transition to WordPress. Am I so self-absorbed that I keep linking back to my own previous posts? Well, not this time.

Brr! I guess I can’t bear the cold any more; even your beautiful pictures of frost effects give me the chills!
Hattie, you have turned soft living in Hawaii! I have too living here in ‘balmy’ Vancouver compared to our early years in Winnipeg and northeast BC. This is pretty weather compared to the endless rainstorms we usually have in November.
Amazing frost-kissed leaves. We haven’t had the right conditions here yet, but the temperatures are fluctuating wildly. A stormy November it’s been here!
Rouchswalwe, November does seem to be a transitional month, unsure if it is fall or winter. I don’t mind the cold when it is sunny. Hope you have more pleasant weather ahead.
